At present we are updating our customer area for customer's that have booked their self catering family through us. On your customer area you will be able to download route directions to all holiday parks rather than depending on Williams holidays to send them to you, you can download them as many times as you like. other holiday information and a FAQ section is being uploaded as well, ETA for completion of this work will be end of September.

A new facility being developed on the Williams Holidays website is a favourites list, this facility allows customers to save a favourite park to a page and it can be emailed to you or referred back later where you can then book, this will save you in trying to remember which parks you liked.

Another facility is SEND TO A FRIEND and it does exactly what is says, as many of our customer go on holiday with friends or family then this new service will allow customers to forward our park pages to a friends email so that they can view it together and then discuss.

A FAQ list is also being prepared, if any customer's have a question that they feel should be added to this list then pass it onto us and we'll add it.

Booking a 2008 holiday early
With bookings coming slowly to an end now for the July and August school holidays people are already booking their 2008 family holiday to Europe, could it be because we all need something to look forward to these days or is it that not as many people this year managed to have a family holiday so they are making up for it by booking 2008 early? what ever it is, it's a prudent move - if you book early look at what your benefits are:

• Gives you a chance to get your holiday booked at work before anyone else

New Parks coming SOON!
We are adding half a dozen new parks to our portfolio, a few in Brittany and a good few in Italy, our Italian parks list is growing well and the quality of the parks is as high as ever. Customer Control Panel
Some customers have asked for some more holiday information to be added to their customer control area, this is now under way, it is being updated bit by bit and will be completed in a couple of weeks, so thanks for the comments and keep popping back to your control panel every now and then.

A survey will be sent out in September so look out for that.
